What are the Principles or Parameters needed to study childbirth from Kundli ?
Here are some – that can help you determine a child birth or perhaps you can track down your on Birth and role of planets by applying this parameters.
(PRIOR BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF ASTROLOGY ESSENTIAL)
PARAMETERS:
Since transits occur many times in person’s life it cannot be considered at ultimate. Means every time a certain planet pass through a house does not mean that there is going to be a child birth. Hence, the role of dasha plays an important role in detremining the true periods of child birth.
Dasha (particularly antar dasha) needs to promise Child birth and only then with suitable transits can help child birth.

- Transits
If Mahadasha is that of child birth planet then many child birth or multiple deliveries are possible.
If Antardasha of planets giving children run up with suitable transits that confirms accurate childbirth.

Mahadasha – Antardasha of planets connected with:
- The Lagna / Lagna lord (not of much importance)
- Planets in 5th house / 5th Lord (Most Imp)

Explanation: If you have Mahadasha and antardasha of say Mercury running in Jan 2018 and if Mercury is the 5th lord or is in 5th house then there is a strong possibility of child birth.
(Please do not take it in literal sense -other parameters are also to be considered- Some may argue I am 79 and my mercury is in 5th house with dasha period – Does that mean i am going to be father at 79 ? NO. – you may be failing at other parameters stated below – if not Happy parenting !!! )
Now what are the things to be considered in Mother’s Chart ?
MOTHER AND CHILDREN
Standard approach:
In women it is to note their reproductive age is from 15-45 years. When exceptions occur they will be seen to be within standard parameters. Note the following:
- Planets Owning 5th house or posited-there or aspecting the 5th house FROM LAGNA or associated with the 5th Lord.
- Do same FROM MOON (optional)
- Do same FROM JUPITER (optional)

- Saptamsha
IF THE DASHA PERIODS OF THIS PLANETS ARE RUNNING CHILD BIRTH IS ON THE CARDS.
